Pan seared Mullet with Fennel and dill, citrus cous cous & Parsnip crisps
Courgette spaghetti, trio of sweet bell peppers, topped with a micro salad
MAIN:
Corn fed chicken, braised Savoy cabbage, with a chicken & garlic froth
Steamed Sole, filled with vegetable curry, topped with micro salad
Corn fed chicken sat on crushed potato (caramelised shallot, c. tom, mixed herbs), with a courdon of courgettes, rondelles of baby carrots and cauliflower florets
DESERT:
Chocolate orange fondant, with white chocolate ice cream
