I have over a decade honing my culinary skills with some of the most talented chefs in the UK.
After completing a pastry degree and then gaining a BSc in International Culinary Arts.
I have discovered a new side to the industry that I love.
Recently I have been creating the menus for lectures and private events at The Miller's Academy of Arts & Science.
My dream is to one day open my own establishment. Until then I wish to bring the restaurant experience to you.

Collaborations
Sams villa's, Accra Ghana
Owned by two of my oldest friends, Vicky & Gloria Hayford.
Renovated as tribute to their father Sam, who passed away 3 years ago. The Villa's offer a cheaper alternative to the 3-4 star hotels in Ghana, but
come with all the comfort you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Its location
is just a mile away from the beach and resorts with swimming pools, making
it a great place to stay for your first or tenth visit to Ghana.
Neil Coward
I have known Neil for a couple of years.
I have found him to be one of the most entertaining and talented Typographer / graphic designer that I have come across.
His work spans from book covers to short films.
He has created works for BskyB and The Miller’s Academy (www.ncdesign.co.uk/miller.htm).
He also created the template for my website.
Christopher Evesham
Christopher Evesham is a classical guitarist, with a rare talent.
He has performed all over the world as a solo artist and within a group.
His hypnotic sounds were part of the first Taste & Talk event which was held at The Miller's Academy.
At this present moment Christopher is in the process of putting together an album, until then, browse Christopher's website.
Alesandro Bonuzzi
Alesandro has been working at Restaurant One-O-One as head Sommelier (wine waiter).
We collaborated on the first Taste & Talk where he matched seven wines to a five course menu.
